This project was created for Painted Earth, a pottery painting studio in Temecula, CA. It was a time consuming and meticulous project but the end result is very satisfying and mystical.

My processNot only was this project quite large, it also had many steps. Including setting all the tiles up evenly, numbering all the tiles to keep track, and applying three coats of underglaze paint to ensure that the image would be bright and solid looking after the firing in the kiln.
